3.Hrapoćuša cake in small village of Dol

While driving around, don’t skip small and harmonious Eco village Dol. Very famous for Hrapoćuša cake which is named after Hrapoćuša stone found in this village. Cake is made of walnuts so that is why even call it aphrodisiac of Brač. When you come to Dol, you will see beautiful old light pink house called Kaštil Gospodnetić. Just climb up and your cake is waiting for you.

4. Olive oil and Museum of olive oil

The oldest village on the island is also one of important stops on Brač and is called Škrip. This is definitely place on visit list. After a nice walking around Škrip and visiting Museum of the island, just behind a corner Kruno and Katja are waiting for you. They are owner of this beautiful place where they will tell you everything about olive oil production, sorts and other details. Their delicious olive oil will overwhelmed by its taste. Also don’t forget to taste Katja’s green and black olive tapenadas, cheese and beautiful homemade jams.

5. Pancakes with Škuta cheese

We are returning back to Kopačina restaurant where you must try their pancakes with young sheep cheese Škuta. I don’t want to describe this too much, just go there and try it!
